Peter Pranschke - President

Peter is responsible for charting KOAN-ITs strategic direction, driving revenue growth and promoting its innovative approach to improving ITs value to the business. His drive and enthusiasm stems from over 20 years of successful operational and business development experience in the information technology industry. During this time, Peter has held senior management positions in the areas of sales, marketing, corporate and IT operations, software development and support. His background includes both services and product related roles with webHancer, CrossKeys Systems, The PSC Group and Digital Equipment. He has direct operational experience managing complex service delivery environments and associated support services in high availability environments using ITIL best practices. Peter holds an honors diploma in Information Systems from Algonquin College.

 

Kim Orava - Vice President

Kim is responsible for fostering lasting client relationships by offering the finest solutions in the IT Service Management arena and challenging the KOAN-IT team to deliver superior results in this niche. Her strength and credibility come from 15 progressive years in the technology sector. Prior to joining KOAN-IT, she worked at COGNICASE as VP of IT Infrastructure Solutions. Her areas of expertise include project management, team development, process optimization and business development. Kim holds a BA in Economics and Information Systems from Carleton University and is a frequent speaker at professional associations and an active member of the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF).
